Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Agent SP-API (the "Service"), including the web application at agentspapi.com, the public API, and the command-line tools we distribute. By creating an account, connecting an Amazon selling account, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Agent SP-API provides read-only data access and analytics for Amazon Seller and Vendor accounts. We sync data you authorize from Amazon's Selling Partner API into a per-account database and expose it through dashboards, queries, and a versioned API. The Service does not create, modify, or delete listings, inventory, or orders on Amazon.

2. Accounts and Authorization

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
  • Connecting an Amazon selling account requires authorizing our application through Amazon's consent flow. You represent that you are authorized to grant that access for the accounts you connect.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login and any API keys issued to you. API keys can be revoked at any time from the developer dashboard.

3. Acceptable Use

  • Do not attempt to access data belonging to accounts you are not authorized for.
  • Do not resell, sublicense, or misrepresent the Service without our written consent.
  • Do not circumvent rate limits, authentication, or other technical controls.
  • Do not use the Service in violation of applicable law or Amazon's policies.

4. Fees

Paid plans are billed as described on our pricing page or in your order form. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Your Data

You retain all rights to the data synced from your Amazon accounts. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that data solely to provide the Service. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your Amazon accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Upon termination we will delete synced account data within a commercially reasonable period, except as required for legal compliance.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Data originates from Amazon's systems and may be delayed, incomplete, or revised upstream. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Relationship to Amazon

We are not affiliated with Amazon or any of its subsidiaries. "Amazon" and related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
