This Privacy Policy explains how Agent SP-API ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use agentspapi.com, our API, and our command-line tools (together, the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

  • Account information. When you sign in with Amazon, we receive your name, email address, and an authentication identifier from Amazon's login service.
  • Selling account data. With your authorization, we sync data from Amazon's Selling Partner API for the accounts you connect — including sales, traffic, settlement, inventory, order, and listing-related reports and notifications.
  • Usage data. We record API request metadata (endpoint, timestamps, request IDs, and per-key usage counts) to operate rate limits, usage dashboards, and security monitoring. Our website uses Google Analytics for aggregate traffic measurement.

2. How We Use Information

  • To provide the Service: syncing, storing, and serving your account's data to you.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the Service, including rate limiting and abuse prevention.
  • To communicate with you about the Service.

We do not sell your data. We do not use data obtained through Amazon's Selling Partner API for advertising, and we do not share it with third parties except as needed to host and operate the Service or as required by law.

3. Data Storage and Security

  • Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest with our hosting providers.
  • Each connected selling account's synced data is stored in its own isolated database.
  • Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel.
  • API access requires bearer-token authentication; keys are revocable at any time.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain synced account data while your account remains connected. If you disconnect an Amazon account or close your Agent SP-API account, we delete the associated synced data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, security, or billing purposes. You may request deletion at any time via the help page.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Contact us through the help page and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with Amazon (authentication and Selling Partner API) and relies on infrastructure providers for hosting, storage, and analytics. Those providers process data only on our behalf and under contractual safeguards.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
